Please read through this waiver carefully before participating in the surf retreat.

1. I understand that surfing and other retreat activities involve risks, including the potential for injury, accidents, or harm. By signing this form, I acknowledge these risks and agree to take responsibility for my own safety.

2. I confirm that I am in good health and do not have any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that would prevent me from safely participating in the retreat activities. If I have any concerns about my ability to participate, I will notify the organisers in advance.

3. I hereby release Raglan Surf Escapes, its organisers, staff, volunteers, and partners from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damage to my property that may occur during the retreat, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. I understand that I am responsible for keeping my personal belongings safe throughout the retreat. The organisers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

5. In the event of injury or illness, I consent to receiving necessary first aid or emergency medical treatment. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses that may arise.

6. I give permission for any photos or videos taken of me during the retreat to be used by Raglan Surf Escapes for promotional purposes.

7. I acknowledge that a minimum of 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure my spot. In the event of a medical emergency or unforeseen medical circumstance, cancellations made at least three weeks prior to the retreat will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid, excluding the 30% deposit. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
